At Last....
Okay so I know I said I would update this blog along time ago but I am finally catching up on my life and here is the first installment. We have had a busy month filled with traveling so I have a lot of fun pictures. I will start with the most recent event being Easter. Naomi was really into it this year. We also had a little dinner party and the kids did a little easter egg hunt.
Michael dropped his egg and it spilled.
His friend kindly came over to help him clean it up but Michael had other plans.
You would not believe how many jelly beans he shoved in his mouth as quickly as possible!
Seriously!
Naomi loved the egg hunt. When all the other kids were done she was still going long after!

What I was doing ten years ago-
Wow, that was a while ago. I was living in Cedar City enjoying my first year of marriage and not enjoying my first pregnancy too much. Lisa and Laura lived by so there was no shortage of fun. Do you guys remember when I was that big old pregnant lady and I fell flat on my butt getting out of the car to go to school. You guys didn't even help me up because you were too busy laughing so hard! The good old days!
What I was doing five years ago-
Five years ago our little family of three became a family of four with little Naomi. I can't believe she was ever so small. We also moved from California to Texas that year. Jared started his Ph.D program, we bought our first home. Life was good!
What I was doing one year ago-
One year ago I was crying about turning thirty!!!! Today is my 31st, still crying just not as much. Jared was so sweet and threw me a great surprise party with all our friends. So I was cringing with embarrassment as my family and friends laughed and watched a movie of the hideous pictures of my youth. That was awful, I was not the cutest kid growing up. Think skinny, short haired, crooked teeth and totally awkward. Oh well :)
What I was doing yesterday-
Oh, yesterday I was writing a paper all day for my Master's degree. I am working on earning my degree in teaching ESL. And what else, cooking, cleaning, driving etc. mom stuff!
I enjoy-
Reading a good book, oh how I miss Edward and Bella! Thank you Amy for those books!!!! And for those who have been living under a rock that would be the Twilight series! Relaxing with my sweetheart at the end of the day talking, watching a movie and just having some time to be together. Catching up with friends and having great conversations!
